Bidair Services (now NCAS) was formed in 2005 as a 100% owned subsidiary of Bidvest Group Ltd. During the 2020 financial year, a decision was taken by the Bidvest Group to divest and as of 30 June 2020, the company was reflected in the consolidated Group Annual Financial Statements of The Bidvest Group as a discontinued operation. Commuter Handling Services Commuter Handling Services (Pty) Ltd, (CHS) is a company specializing in airport ground handling services. Bidair Services (NCAS) was recently acquired (2020)by Colossal Africa Infrastructure Proprietary Limited (“Colossal Africa”), NAS Holdings for Company Business Management SPC (“NAS”) and K2020919645 (South Africa) Proprietary Limited (“K2020”), hereinafter collectively referred to as “NCAS”.

The NCAS provides ground handling services, passenger handling, ramp handling, load control and operations to more than 25 international and domestic airlines flying into and within South Africa. These services are offered at the following Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) airports: Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, East London and George. The target entities’ main source of revenue is obtained from ground handling services.

These services include but are not limited to:

• Cargo Handling: Cargo handling services, cargo and mail hauling
• Passenger Handling with more than 20 years’ industry experience: Passenger handling, flight operations and load control
• Ramp Handling with more than 35 years’ industry experience: Aircraft loading/unloading, baggage services, passenger bussing, PAU, GPU, pushback, re parks
• Aircraft Grooming with more than 37 years’ industry experience: Cabin cleaning, toilet and water services, deep cleans
• Executive Concierge with more than 20 years’ experience: FBO, charter handling, overflight clearances; VIP/CIP Meet & Greet

Currently providing services to a wide variety of non-scheduled flights, We have concluded agreements with internationally recognised FBO’s and is the preferred partner for this type of operation in Southern Africa.
