BidAir Services currently provides quality handling services, passenger handling, ramp handling, load control and operations, cleaning and toilet and water services, to more than 25 international and domestic airlines flying into South Africa. Since March 2008 BidAir Services has handled in excess of 500 000 flights.
BidAir Services Executive Concierge
BidAir Services have identified a need to extend beyond the provision of Ground Handling Services only to Commercial Airlines and have thus created a division to offer these value added services to the Public and other entities. This division is known as the Executive Concierge division and is made up of the following departments:
1. VIP Charter Handling Division
2. Executive Meet and Greet Services
3. Baggage Wrapping Services


Our passengers will be met as they disembark from the chauffer drive and are accompanied to check-in. Our agents will assist with the entire check-in process. Immigration and accompany our customers to the lounge. Close to boarding time, our agents will receive and accompany our customers to the boarding gate.

Premier Lounge

The premier lounge offers a dynamic service, with staff that are trained and fully focused on hospitality and customer service. While visiting our lounges our passengers will have access to our Wi-Fi, shower facilities, newspapers/magazines and can enjoy complimentary snacks and drinks while waiting for their flight to depart.


Our sister company BidAir Cargo provides comprehensive cargo handling services as well as a well-developed cargo outsourcing product that has been adopted by a number of domestic and regional airlines.
